Canan Eskikapusuz, Functional Systems and Solutions Development Manager
“A food scientist with more than 15 years of R&D and customer-facing experience, Canan joined Cargill in 2017 as Technical Product Manager in Texturizers and is based in Turkey. Canan focuses primarily on the Dairy category and is tasked to enhance Cargill’s footprint in the META region, in particular around our Texturizers offering.
In 2019, Canan led the feasibility study and subsequent investment project for the INFUSE by Cargill™ Application Centre in Turkey. After 2 years of intensive work, the Dairy Pilot Plant is now ready to serve customers in the META region, with an ambitious team and extensive on-site capabilities.
In her current role, Canan leads the applications team and supports technical sales teams in the region on a variety of customer projects.
She is passionate about customer relations and helping to deliver tailor-made solutions by using her broad knowledge of ingredients, recipes, and processes.”
