MyCargill.com: A new era of digital customer experience
Cargill is proud to announce the next step in our digital transformation: the enhanced launch of myCargill.com, our customer portal designed to make your interactions with us easier, faster, and more transparent.
What is myCargill?
myCargill is a centralized digital platform that gives customers and Cargill employees secure access to essential business information anytime, anywhere. It is built to simplify your day-to-day touchpoints with us and provide greater visibility into your transactions.
What’s new?
Previously, customers could access technical documents through the portal. Today, we are expanding myCargill with broader functionality, including:
- Order management: View your order history and status, including invoices and Certificates of Analysis (COAs).
- Contract details: Access contract information and execution status.
- Technical documentation: Instantly retrieve certifications, product specifications, and other key documents.
- Self-service support: Get answers to common questions whenever it’s most convenient for you.
What’s next?
We are already working on additional features such as order tracking, sample requests, and online ordering. These enhancements are planned for release in course of calendar year 2026.
Why it matters?
The broader launch of myCargill marks a significant milestone for Cargill Food EMEA. It reflects our commitment to putting customers at the center of our digital strategy – delivering efficiency, transparency, and improved collaboration through innovative self-service tools.
What’s the timeline?
Starting November 2025, we will begin onboarding customers in the edible oils, starches, sweeteners, and texturizers businesses, continuing through Q1 2026. Additional customers will be added throughout the year.
