Our protein business in Europe is a leading supplier and innovator of chicken products for retail, food service and food manufacturing customers. Together with our employees, customers and partners, we work each day to create a sustainable food supply and build stronger communities.
- We operate further processing facilities in the U.K and France and have a sales office in the Netherlands.
- In 2017, through a newly established joint venture with Faccenda Foods in the U.K, Cargill is an equal shareholder in Avara Foods focused on fresh chicken, turkey and duck.
- In 2018 we expanded our business into Poland with the acquisition of Konspol, one of Poland's leading value-added food companies, providing an array of products in the chilled convenience, frozen and cold cut categories.
