Sustainably Sourced Lecithin

Contact Us

We work towards a more sustainable supply and production of our ingredients, including lecithin. We source sunflower, rapeseed and soy for our European production. Our Brazilian soy is ProTerra certified (level FSA Silver*) – globally recognized standard for zero deforestation. All our suppliers have signed the Cargill Supplier Code of Conduct which is based on our seven guiding principles and includes a commitment to sustainable processes.

We continue to work toward the sustainable supply and production of our CSST Europe ingredients, including lecithin. All suppliers in our European lecithin supply chain have signed the Cargill Supplier Code of Conduct, which includes a commitment to sustainable processes. Our lecithin is sourced from sunflower, rapeseed and soy, including ProTerra certified (Silver level according to FSA) soy from Brazil.

*Benchmarked at Silver level against the Farm Sustainability Assessment (FSA). FSA is a standardized reference developed by SAI Platform, a food-industry organization dedicated to advancing sustainable agriculture in the food chain. It’s designed to help producers assess their sustainable practices and support manufacturers in sourcing sustainably grown products.
