Sustainably Sourced Pectin
The importance of environmental sustainability has increased in 2022. 39% of consumers ranked it as an important factor in their decisions to buy foods and beverages.* Moreover, 67% of consumers made changes to their diet , because they were concerned about the environment overall.** The country that was most likely to report changes due to their concerns about the environment was Germany (73%)**
At Cargill Starches, Sweeteners & Texturizers Europe, we are working to nourish the world in a safe, responsible and sustainable way and drive positive change across our supply chains. This includes creating a more sustainable pectin supply chain and also creating more sustainable production.
