Premier™ Fine Prepared Flour Salt Intended for a variety of end-use applications. Food uses include flavoring and fermentation control in self-rising flour, flavoring in seasoning and spice mixes and in soup and gravy mixes. Contains YPS and TCP as anticaking agents.
