Alberger® Fine Flake Supreme Salt

For use in processed cheeses, baking, toppings, spreads, dressings, meats, seasonings, prepared mixes, curing and spice blends. Contains YPS (Yellow Prussiate of Soda) and glycerin for complete solubility. Typical shelf life of 12 months.
