The Cargill Foundation funds a select group of preeminent arts/culture organizations in the Twin Cities (by invitation only).

Capital Grants

The Cargill Foundation will consider capital requests (by invitation only) in our Twin Cities headquarters community.

To be eligible to apply for a capital grant:

  • Nonprofits must have received past program support from the Foundation

Requests that will NOT be considered include:

  • Endowments as a part of a larger capital campaign(s).
  • Subsequent capital requests within five years after the last scheduled payment of a prior Foundation capital request.

Civic Partners:

The Cargill Foundation funds a select group of nonprofits (by invitation only) to support volunteerism and innovation in the nonprofit sector.
