Helene Ziv-Douki is senior vice president, Europe, Middle East, & Africa (EMEA) and Global Salmon within Cargill’s Animal Nutrition & Health (ANH) business.
A proven leader, Helene has an exceptional track record of building, growing, and transforming businesses while consistently delivering value to customers and her teams. Known for her people-first leadership style, she is a lifelong advocate for diversity and inclusion, with a strong focus on team development and talent nurturing.
Helene joined Cargill in 2003 and has held various leadership roles across several business sectors, including ocean transportation, coal, and petroleum. Before assuming her current position, she served as the group leader and head of Cargill Aqua Nutrition (CQN). Under her leadership, CQN achieved significant improvements in financial performance, strategic partnerships, and operational efficiency, culminating in a record-breaking performance three years in a row.
Prior to joining Cargill, Helene worked for four years as a commodity trader with Louis Dreyfus Commodities in Paris, trading wheat, corn, and barley.
Helene studied at the Fundação Getulio Vargas in São Paulo Brazil and holds an MBA from NEOMA Business School in France. Originally from Paris, she now resides in Geneva, Switzerland, with her husband, Skander, and their two children, Adam and Elyssa. Outside of work, Helene enjoys horseback riding and skiing with her family. She is fluent in English, French, Portuguese, and Spanish.
