It’s now 6 months since we introduced you, our customers, to Cargill’s Food Solutions and we’ve been overwhelmed by your response. Building on a strong foundation as a reliable and trusted ingredients supplier, Cargill’s Food Solutions is transforming to become the go-to-partner for innovation and growth. This is where we embark on a journey together with you, where we pioneer fresh ideas, where challenges serve as inspiration.

We’re helping you tap into some of the macro trends we anticipate on the horizon, such as investing in alternative protein or naturally sweetened, low-calorie bakery products. For example, we can leverage our ingredients portfolio – from texturizers to cocoa and chocolate, to sweeteners, to oils, and more – to create a solution that provides a satisfying mouthfeel, low-calorie formulation with a specific type of sweetness, making it easier for you to bring new and exciting products to market.

When I think about food solutions, it’s now recentering around the growth spaces for global health and specialized nutrition, indulgence and food service. We see significant growth opportunities based on those trends, but we also know we have the portfolio and the capability to provide solutions in those spaces for you. That’s why we’ve been busy in putting regional teams in place that interact with you and bring the entire food ingredient portfolio to your reach.

As we invest in innovation and future growth spaces, Cargill’s Food Solutions remains your trusted, reliable supplier. Through an enhanced customer-driven approach, we are the food & beverage industry’s go-to partner for growth & innovation. To demonstrate some examples of how we are achieving this, we’re proud to present you with the first issue of our new quarterly newsletter, “Co-creating Growth,” which features some great examples of what’s cooking at Cargill’s Food Solutions.
