The protein range for health & sports nutrition

Cargill’s pea protein isolates can be applied for high protein enrichment in protein/sport beverages, powders or bars.

Cargill’s wheat protein, particularly wheat gluten, is suited for usage in bars¹. Our hydrolyzed wheat protein is suited for bars when lower viscosity or reduced chewiness is needed. By playing on the type of protein used and their ratio, it is possible to create different textures and bar structures. The latter can also be advantageously used in beverages as a complement to legume proteins to obtain a better amino acid balance, helping also to develop more affordable products.
