Cargill collaborates with farmers, food makers and industrial customers to bring new ideas to the table.

Water quality

Good water is not just beneficial for healthy, strong aquaculture production, but is an essential part of protecting and conserving the environment. Cargill is keenly aware of our responsibility in promoting sustainable aquaculture and we continue to develop ways to reduce our environmental impact and help conserve natural resources.

In aquaculture, we focus on water quality in two ways: We work with producers to identify areas to improve water quality management, feed management and deploy sustainable practices; and develop and deploy feed manufacturing best practices and processes that prevent aquaculture feeds from breaking down in the water.

This is just part of the effort that Cargill is making to assure environmental sustainability, prevent pollution and continually improve performance.
