The Grolux™ Poultry Integrated Solutions product family offers high-quality, safe and efficient mid-chain fatty acid (MCFA) products for all types of broiler feed delivering:
Improved performance
Higher feed-to-meat conversion compared to products that feature commonly used energy sources. Our performance trials show that the use of MCFAs results in:
- an improved average body weight gain between 2 - 4% and
- a decrease in feed conversion ratio of 2 – 4.5%,
depending on inclusion level.
Higher consistency
Our in vivo trials show more consistent and predictable results with the use of MCFAs through a decrease in the spread of results, leading to a more uniform product performance.*

Our Grolux™ product family offers a range of different technical properties, enabling functional product design. Our products are energy-dense sources with a beneficial influence on microbial gut population: Caprylic acid (C8:0) and Capric acid (C10:0) have been shown to inhibit the growth of a wide spectrum of gram- bacteria, whereas Lauric acid (C12:0) impacts a large range of gram+ bacteria. All our products are feed safe (GMP+, Secure Feed/ FSDS).
