Our new factory in Deventer, Holland has significantly increased our production capacity for coatings for:

  • Enrobing
  • Molding
  • Panning
  • Decorating

With over 200 different ingredients, our knowledge and expertise, and a highly flexible production facility, we provide coatings solutions for even the most challenging of your applications. We pride ourselves on our specialist knowledge and creativity in developing and producing coatings in different colors, flavors and textures. With 65 years of experience we provide you with the right solutions for customized coatings.

Chocolate flavored coatings

Our coatings are available in numerous different options and can be combined in different and unique ways to create the perfect product for your specific application:

  • Color - from light to extremely dark
  • Taste - from sweet to bitter
  • Grade - from coarse to fine
  • Fat content - from low to high
  • Texture - from flexible and soft to hard with a good snap
  • Melting point - from high to low and with different melting behaviors

White coatings

We can develop white coatings to your specific taste and color specification by using a wide range of milk ingredients, from full cream milk powder to more economical milk derivatives. We offer products with excellent taste profiles as a result of combining high quality milk ingredients and fats, as well as products primarily for decoration in which the focus is more on appearance, color and transparency.

With over 200 different ingredients, our knowledge and expertise, and a highly flexible production facility we can provide coatings solutions for even the most challenging of applications such as yoghurt coatings with an acid taste using maltitol or strawberry flavored and colored pink without the use of lecithin.

We work closely with our customers to anticipate their needs and seek to continuously develop new ideas to excite and delight their consumers.
