Maltodextrin

Cargill Dry MD™  Maltodextrin

Spray-dried maltodextrin obtained by enzymatic conversion of common corn starch. At DE levels of 5 to 18, they provide good solubility, bland flavor and low sweetness, essentially no hygroscopicity, reduced browning and carbohydrate source and cost optimization. Maltodextrins are an ideal bulking agent and liquid spice carrier.

Cargill Liquid Maltodextrin (LMD)

Cargill liquid maltodextrin (LMD) is a convenient drop-in liquid product that is a functional equivalent of Dry maltodextrin (MD).

Corn Syrup Solids

Cargill Dry GL™ corn syrup

Glucose solids are obtained by enzymatic conversion of common corn starch. These nutritive carbohydrates in a DE range of 24 to 42 provide moisture retention and control crystallization. They influence key properties such as browning, hygroscopicity, and sweetness.
