The prototype
This hybrid alternative to Greek style yogurt contains RadiPure® pea protein. This ingredient is made from label-friendly yellow peas which require no allergen declaration in Europe. This recipe can help consumers gradually get used to plant-based without a change in the consumption experience. The product achieves a “source of protein” claim.
