Introducing EverSweet®: The next generation stevia sweetener
EverSweet® next-generation stevia sweetener (a product of Avansya – a joint venture of Cargill and dsm-firmenich) is now available in the UK and is expected to be authorized in the EU by the end of 2024. It uses advanced fermentation techniques to bring to life stevia’s sweetest elements – steviol glycosides Reb M and Reb D.
