Our liquid sweeteners can be tailored to match the right level of sweetness and functional properties. These sweeteners enhance food and beverages’ taste, texture, appearance and performance, making them an indispensable ingredient in any formulator’s toolkit.

Glucose syrup

  • Mild sweetness compared to sucrose
  • Can be a first step in sugar reduction
  • Brings texture and body thanks to a sugar profile that besides containing low sugars, also contains higher sugars
  • Contributes to a longer shelf life, as there is a reduced risk of sugar re-crystallization during production or storage of food products
     

Glucose-fructose syrup

  • Higher sweetness than glucose due to the presence of fructose 
  • Depending on the needs, we can match a sweetness close to sucrose or follow the consumer trend of less sweet products
  • Cost-efficient compared to bulk sweetener alternatives in the market
  • Can be used in baked, high temperature short time (HTST) and ultra-high temperature (UHT) foods
     

Fructose syrup

  • 95% fructose syrup
  • High level of sweetness with a fast onset
  • Enhances freshness and fruity flavor notes in the final product
  • Can enable up to 30% sugar reduction or more when combined with high intensity sweeteners
  • Low crystallization risk thanks to high solubility
  • Easy handling, avoiding risks & costs of high hygroscopic fructose powder dissolution
     

Wheat & barley malt syrup

  • Mild sweetness
  • Label-friendly syrup from wheat and malted barley that answers consumers’ need for recognizable, less processed ingredients
  • Due to its gentle processing, it complies with the ISO natural definition*, and ensures that amino acids and minerals remain intact
  • We offer two brands:
    • SweetPure®: specifically created for bakery & cereals
    • MaltWise®: With its light grainy taste and pale-yellow color, it is a great match with beer’s color and flavor profile

Fruit Preparations

  • Fructose and dextrose occur naturally in all fruits and are the main sugars in glucose-fructose syrups hence they are widely used in fruit preparations such as jams, bake-stable fillings and candied fruits.
