Maltodextrins

Maltodextrin is a purified and concentrated aqueous solution, with dextrose equivalent lower than 20%. It is presented in the form of a white powder with neutral taste, soluble in cold water, of high sweetness and little hygroscopic, due to its low monosaccharide content.
