The experience of more than 100 years in cocoa and chocolate segment in Europe and the United States accredit Cargill as the first processor of the fruit to produce chocolate and compound in Brazil. Present at this other phase of the chain, the company offers important differentials such as guarantee of raw material origin, integration of supply chain and production outsourcing. Another advantage is the connection with other Cargill’s Business Units, suppliers of milk serum, fat and oils, sugar and aromas which allow it to deliver on demand and differentiated solutions according to the necessities of each client. The products are available in a series for applications in the industry market and food service.

Genuine Chocolate

It is a noble product produced with butter and liquor which comes from the best cocoa almonds and without vegetable fat added. In order to serve the industrial market and food service channel, Genuine Chocolate can be commercialized as milk, dark, white, blend, controlled origin and special blends versions, as 2.3kg bars and kibbles in 25kg bags.
