In a world increasingly competitive and demanding, it is essential that the food industry has tasty products with different textures, color and flavor.

Cargill has capability to offer fruit preparations developed to fit the customer needs to the industry of yogurt, ice cream, beverages, desserts, cookies and cakes.

Cargill is one of the few companies in Brazil capable of providing preparations with chunks of intact fruit. Our technology also allows us the addition of cereals, flakes and fibers, and offer healthier products, enriched with calcium, iron and vitamins, with or without sugar addition.

Through technology and technical expertise, the Cargill fruit preps provide textures and flavors that add value to our customer products.
