Through our range of toppings, fillings and sauces, we can offer a broad portfolio of solutions for sweet or salty food.
Cargill has toppings for ice cream and desserts that provide a delicious and irresistible taste and texture smooth and creamy. We can provide regular or light versions of toppings, with pieces or fruit pulp, and flavored with chocolate, caramel, marshmallow, vanilla among others. In our portfolio we also have syrups for milk shakes that can be enriched with fiber, vitamins and minerals.
We offer sweet or savory fillings which can be brought to the oven (heat resistant), syrups with several flavors and jellies for brightness that are used in cake and bread industry.
Our line of sauces warrants a special touch to your products. We offer specific solutions for each customer need, such as capers sauces for carpaccio, herb sauce, sauces based on mustard, barbecue sauce, tomato sauce and more, which combined with the Cargill quality are able to satisfy the consumer.
