The origin and procedural capacities of cocoa liquor are focused on preservation of delicate properties of cocoa to guarantee that clients can transform them into a high quality chocolate. Using origin combination with processing technologies, Cargill develops personalized products for specific markets and applications to provide the consumer with the experience of desired flavor.

Cargill’s line of cocoa liquor from controlled origin includes Bahia State, Para State and The Ivory Coast. The company also personalizes combinations from these origins on demand.

Among the options offered by Cargill are:

  • Natural – acid, with characteristic cocoa flavor and brown color.
  • Alkaline – balanced pH, with subtle flavor and dark-brown color
  • Red – reddish and intense color

The product is available in 25kg packages or in bulk in liquid state.
