One ingredient, many applications

Cocoa powder is used in almost all food categories. It is consumed and appreciated around the world. In a certain recipe, a small percentage has great effect on one or two of the most important characteristics of food products: color and flavor.

Cargill is the first company in Brazil to create a complete line of cocoa powder, Spectrum Line, in different colors and flavors to different applications such as toppings and fillings, biscuits, cakes, chocolate powder and ready-made chocolate drink and milk desserts.

Spectrum line brings a complete option for powder, natural, alkaline, lecithinized and from controlled origin available in light and dark brown, reddish, intense red and black. Cargill’s technical team has a deep knowledge of different possibilities of powder application and knows how they will react when added to other ingredients.
