INCI Aluminum Starch Octenylsuccinate
StarDesign™ 05341 is a biodegradable (according to OECD 301B), extra powdery sensory enhancer. Derived natural this sensory enhancer reduces greasiness and tackiness, and has high hydrophobicity and a mattifying effect. Applications include skin care, sun care, color cosmetics, dry shampoo, and hair styling spray.
