Unparalleled label-friendly pectin performance 

LMCPlus is our new range of conventional low methoxyl pectins (LMC) with great gel strength performance. These label-friendly solutions perform in your low sugars/high fruit applications, including bake stable bakery fruit fillings. Better still, they’re suited for both conventional and organic market applications in Europe! 

LMCPlus, part of the broader UniPECTINE® solutions portfolio, allows fruit processors to market high quality, cost efficient and on trend jams/jelly/spreads and fruit filled bakery products. They make novel textures possible due to their superior gel strength performance, while improving cost in use.  

This new family of solutions is available in a range of gel strengths and setting temperatures/rates.
 

A portfolio perfected for your needs 

The complete UniPECTINE® range for fruit applications covers HM, LMA (amidated low methoxyl) and LMC (conventional low methoxyl) pectin solutions. With the launch of LMCPlus we have you covered across the board! 

In this way, we can meet all your jam, jelly and spread manufacturing needs, regardless of pH and fruit inclusion requirements.  

The UniPECTINE® LM range includes the OF, OB, OG and OH series. These are designed for fruit-based applications, where they deliver excellent suspension and homogeneity.  

Suitable for bakery too, by providing the right texture (with or without baking stability) they can also be used in a wide range of fillings or decorations/coatings. Our pectin solutions enable great fruit suspension and help to ensure consistent, stable texture in conventional and sugar reduced applications.
