As part of the Cargill family, we have comprehensive initiatives in place to make a positive and lasting impact on society and the environment. Cargill Kitchen Solutions is committed to doing things right and making things better when it comes to:

Business Conduct: All of our stakeholders operate under the direction of the Cargill Guiding Principles, laying the cornerstone for ethical conduct when dealing with customers, suppliers, the community and each other.

Environment: We are improving conservation with annual energy audits, more efficient lighting, total water demand reductions and phosphorous-reduction initiatives designed to protect lakes and streams. In addition, we are optimizing packaging to reduce source demand and cutting waste sent to landfills by up to 20%.

People: We have implemented comprehensive safety programs with detailed safety metrics at all facilities. We also promote health and wellness and work/life balance initiatives – from on-site exercise rooms to tuition reimbursement plans and more.

Community: We promote employee volunteerism and giving within the communities in which we operate, as well as corporate giving through matching grants. The events and programs we sponsor focus on three key areas: health and nutrition, innovation in education and protection of natural resources.
