Our Stories

Cargill Protein - North America expanded our traceable turkey program so more consumers can know the name of the farmer who raised their Thanksgiving bird.

The Honeysuckle White® traceable birds have coded packaging that shoppers can enter in a text message or on the brand’s website and immediately receive the location of the farm, the name of the farmer or family, images and any other information the producer wanted to share.

This solution is a great example of how Cargill responds to consumers’ desire for more information about how and where their food was grown.
