When sourcing products, we:
- Inspect all ingredients – including performing microbiological testing on select ingredients.
- Inspect supplier and co-packer facilities, to identify potential hazards.

When preparing products, we:
- Aggressively implement Good Manufacturing Practices and processes for pest, water and air control, sanitation and more.
- Utilize a rigorous HACCP plan that includes pasteurization of all sourced eggs.
- Test products via our on-site, USDA-accredited microbiology labs, and host USDA inspectors in all liquid processing facilities.

When storing and handling products, we:
- Maintain a Test & Hold Policy – to ensure safety and guard against recalls.
- Audit all off-site warehousing partners to verify their food safety processes.

When distributing products, we:
- Lock or seal all trailers transporting products, to prevent tampering.
- Place temperature recorders in all trailers carrying refrigerated products, to ensure quality control.

- Train and certify our sales staff through the NRA’s ServSafe® Course – so we can more fully meet your safety needs.
