Palminera™ shortening is a premium shortening for use in bakery applications as well as deep-frying and can be used as an emulsifier.

Storage

It is essential to store the product in its original packing in cool and dry conditions, away from direct sunlight and substances with strong odor.

A unique SFC profile excellent for creams and dough application, with heat resistance suitable for cake toppings.
