The Hysoc™ brand range, with its various melting points, allows you to choose the best replacer fat for the application desired.
Hysoc™ brand fat is a premium-grade butter replacer prepared from lauric oil. Depending on the desired application, it is tailor-made as a complete cocoa butter substitute for coating of confectioneries in tropical climates, without the need of tempering.

- Filling for Sweets and Sandwiched Biscuits
- Substitute Fat in Coffee Whiteners and Skim Milk Powder
Hysoc™ brand fat is packed in polyethylene lined cartons of 20kg, 25kg net or in drums of 180kg or 190kg net, 20metric tons flexibag or 20 metric tons isotanker.
It is essential that the product is stored in the original packing in a cool, well-ventilated and dry place. It should not be exposed to direct sunlight or bright daylight.
The packed product is shipped in 20 foot containers which can hold either 800 or 1000 cartons equivalent to 20 metric tons net or 96 drums or 1 unit of flexibag or isotanker.
Some Cargill products are only approved for use in certain geographies, end uses, and/or at certain usage levels. It is the customer's responsibility to determine, for a particular geography, that (i) the Cargill product, its use and usage levels, (ii) the customer's product and its use, and (iii) any claims made about the customer's product, all comply with applicable laws and regulations.
