Coating Fats
Cargill’s coating fat is a moderately hard fat which is well-accepted by the confectionery industry.
Coating fats allow you to meet your requirements by choosing the correct solid fat content profile that is not too brittle, too hard, too soft or too waxy. Coatings fat is designed for enrobing products, is pliable and does not chip off during eating.

Packaging
Coating fats is packed in polyethylene lined cartons of 20kg, 25kg net or in drums of 180 kg or 190kg net, 20 metric tons flexibag or 20 metric tons isotanker.
Storage
It is essential that the product is stored in the original packing in a cool, well ventilated and dry place. Storage in close proximity to odorous materials must be avoided. It should not be exposed to direct sunlight or bright daylight.
Shipment
The packed product is shipped in 20 foot containers which can hold either 800 or 1000 cartons equivalent to 20 metric tons net or 96 drums or 1 unit of flexibag or isotanker.
Some Cargill products are only approved for use in certain geographies, end uses, and/or at certain usage levels. It is the customer's responsibility to determine, for a particular geography, that (i) the Cargill product, its use and usage levels, (ii) the customer's product and its use, and (iii) any claims made about the customer's product, all comply with applicable laws and regulations.
