Cocolate™ Fats and Oils

Cocolate™ fat is made from refined, bleached and deodorized coconut oil. It has low viscosity and remains liquid at room temperature.

Contact Us

Cocolate™ is produced under strict quality control and is excellent for both food and non-food applications.

Applications

  • Other
    • Cocolate™ fat has sharp melting profile and melts rapidly giving an excellent mouthfeel.
    • It is fast-setting, excellent for preparations of compound chocolate coatings for ice cream and chilled confections.
    • It is pliable and produces coatings that do not chip off the ice cream during eating.

Packaging

180kg or 190kg net drums, tins of 17kg net, bag in box (BIB) of 18kg or 25kg, 20 metric tons flexibag or isotanker.

Storage

It is essential to store the product in the original packaging in a cool and dry place. 

Shipment

Cocolate™ brand is shipped in containers or flexibags or isotankers.

 

Some Cargill products are only approved for use in certain geographies, end uses, and/or at certain usage levels. It is the customer’s responsibility to determine, for a particular geography, that (i) the Cargill product, its use and usage levels, (ii) the customer’s product and its use, and (iii) any claims made about the customer’s product, all comply with applicable laws and regulations.
