Socfat™ trans free shortening is a palm based blended fat specially texturized to impart plasticity and smooth consistency that facilitate mixing and ease of use at ambient temperatures.
Socfat™ trans free shortening is a multipurpose shortening. We offer a wide range of products, namely Socfat™ brands 34, 36, 38, 40, 42, 44, 46 and 48 to suit different application and climate conditions.

Storage
It is essential to store the product in its original packing in cool and dry conditions, away from direct sunlight and substances with strong odor.
