Product Description
Westchester® Icecap® confectionery coating A milk chocolatey flavored coating, frequently used in moulded items as no tempering is required.
Eastchester® Icecap® confectionery coating A semisweet chocolatey flavored medium dark coating. Used in a wide variety of bakery applications.
White Icecap® confectionery coating The basic pastel confectionery coating.  Can be used as is or colored and/or flavored with oil-based products.
Peanut butter flavored Icecap® chips A sweet, creamy compound chip made with real peanut butter. Great for a coating or an inclusion.
