Paid Time Off
Cargill provides Paid Time Off (PTO) off to rest, recharge and attend to personal needs.
This flexible approach allows for time off to be used for many reasons, including vacation, sick time or other situations that require time away from work.

Cargill's PTO period runs from June 1 through the following May 31. Your annual PTO allotment is available for you to use as of June 1 of each fiscal year. When you are hired, your annual PTO allotment is prorated (rounded to the nearest full-day). Each day of PTO is equal to eight hours. PTO is subject to manager approval.
