If you enroll in Cargill’s vision plan coverage through Vision Service Plan (VSP), it includes coverage for eye exams, glasses and more.
Taking care of your eyes is essential to your overall health. Review our vision plan coverage (PDF) and contributions for coverage (PDF) for details about the plan. Vision premium contributions are paid on a pre-tax basis.
Discount Services
In addition to the coverage shown in the chart above, VSP also provides discounts for laser eye surgery (including PRK, LASIK and Custom LASIK). Discounts average 15% off or 5% off if the laser center is offering a promotional price.
VSP offers discounts on hearing aids too, through the TruHearing® Hearing Aid Discount Program
