Tuition Reimbursement

Cargill’s Tuition Reimbursement Program provides financial support to non-temporary employees who take an approved college course or pursue a GED, undergraduate or graduate degree. To be eligible, you must be employed by Cargill for at least six months and work a regular schedule of at least 30 hours per week. You can receive up to $6,000 in tuition reimbursement per calendar year when you successfully complete approved coursework in an eligible degree program.
