How to Find an In-network Provider
To find an in-network provider visit deltadentalmn.org/cargill or call Delta Dental at 1-800-587-6975. You can choose from two networks:
- Delta Dental PPO (Note: If you choose a dentist in this network, you may pay less for services than you would in the Premier network.)
- Delta Dental Premier
