Burgers Recipes
Jerk My Chain
TNT patty with jerk-spiced ketchup, grilled pineapple, shredded lettuce and fried onion rings. Add some pickled habanero peppers if you’re feeling brave.
Meat and Potatoes
Don’t tell our bakery, but we’re ditching the bread for potato buns. No—not potato buns. Potato. Buns. As in two crunchy hash browns gently cradling our juicy smashed burger. As if that weren’t enough, we snuck in some melted cheddar, a fried egg, maple ketchup, and a few pickled onions.
Ham-ster
No, not the pet you had in second grade. This is way better–a TNT patty topped with griddled ham, melted Swiss cheese, green apple slaw, and curry mayo on a toasted brioche bun.
Peppercorn Sliders
A trio of pepper-crusted sliders served with onion marmalade and garlic cream cheese on soft potato rolls.
Szechuan
Burger crusted with Szechuan peppercorns, topped with peanut sauce, and cabbage slaw with scallions, chiles, and cucumber in rice wine vinegar.
Canadian Poutine
Skin-on fries piled on top of a juicy patty, and topped with brown gravy. Served on a standard-issue white bun. Accompanied by malt vinegar on the side. Cheese curds optional. Gravy is non-negotiable.
