Atmer^™ 1012

Atmer™ 1012 additive is a short term, internal, anti-static for use in polyolefins and Flexible PVC. It provides a balance between anti-static effect and lubrication effect.

Atmer™ 1012 additive migrates to the surface of the polymer where it interacts with atmospheric moisture, reducing surface resistivity and allowing dissipation of static charge.

Guidelines for Use:

Atmer™ 1012 additive can be incorporated into resin as supplied or via masterbatch / pre-blend. Experience has shown that simple manual mixing prior to processing will normally give an acceptable dispersion though, mechanical means are preferred.

Typical addition levels are 0.1 - 1.0%.
