Atmer™ 1013 NV
Atmer™ 1013 NV non-vegetable based short term internal anti-static additive is designed for use in polyolefins and flexible PVC. It is ideal for reducing dust contamination and handling problems.
Atmer™ 1013 NV additive also controls and promotes uniform cell size distribution of expanded polyethylene and improves the de-molding process of injection molded articles.
With a surface migratory effect, Atmer™ 1013 NV additive reduces surface resistivity and dissipates static charge by interacting with atmospheric moisture.
Guidelines for Use:
Experience has shown that simple manual mixing prior to processing will normally give an acceptable dispersion though, mechanical means are preferred.
Typical addition levels are 0.2 - 0.6% in injection molding and 1.2 - 1.5% in EPE applications.
