Atmer™ 7300
Atmer™ 7300 concentrate is in Polyethylene for use in expanded polyethylene (EPE) to improve the cell size distribution and foaming gas / air exchange. It also offers additional mold release benefits, can be used as an anti-static additive, and has a wide range of food contact approvals.
Using a concentrate allows for better dispersion and overcomes complications encountered when using additives in their normal physical forms.
Guidelines for Use:
Atmer™ 7300 additive can be incorporated into resin as supplied or via masterbatch / pre-blend. Experience has shown that simple manual mixing prior to processing will normally give an acceptable dispersion though, mechanical means are preferred.
Typical addition levels are 2 - 3%.
