Atmer^™ 7325

Atmer™ 7325 additive is a 30% concentrate of a combination of additives in a universal polyolefin carrier, providing a synergistic anti-static effect.

Using a concentrate allows for better dispersion and overcomes complications encountered when using additives in their normal physical forms.

Concentrates are added to the process like other resins. After cooling, the additives migrate to the surface of the polymer where they interact with atmospheric moisture, reducing surface resistivity and allowing dissipation of static charge.

Guidelines for Use:

Atmer™ 7325 internal additive should be added to the melt phase during processing. Experience has shown that simple manual mixing prior to processing will normally give an acceptable dispersion, though mechanical means are preferred.

Typical addition levels are 0.5 - 1 % in injection molding and sheet extrusion.
