Atmer™ 7650

Contact us Request a sample

Atmer™ 7650 additive is a 50 % concentrate of IncroMax 300 in polycarbonate. It is effective as a friction reduction additive and internal lubricant and is particularly useful in extruded sheet and glazing applications. This product brings processing efficiency without impacting optical clarity.

Atmer™ 7650 additive is distributed evenly throughout the polymer during the melt phase and provides an internal lubrication effect. After cooling, the additive migrates to the surface and reduces coefficient of friction.

Using a concentrate allows for better dispersion and overcomes complications encountered when using additives in their normal physical forms.

Guidelines for Use:

Atmer™ 7650 additive is incorporated into the polymer during processing. Experience has shown that simple manual mixing will normally give an acceptable dispersion, though mechanical means are preferred.

Typical addition levels are 1 % in injection molding and sheet extrusion.
