IncroMax™ 400
IncroMax™ 400 additive is designed as a friction control and Anti-tack agent for high temperature or polar polymers at very low addition levels.
It is suitable for film and sheet extrusion as well as injection molding applications.
IncroMax™ 400 additive can be dispersed evenly through the polymer in the melt phase. It migrates to the surface of the polymer, where it forms a thin lubrication layer. This layer reduces the coefficient of friction between surfaces and reduces unwanted adhesion.
Guidelines for Use:
IncroMax™ 400 additive is an internal additive and can be incorporated into resin as supplied or as a highly loaded concentrate. Please contact your local sales represntation for more information.
Typical addition levels: 0.05 - 0.2% in extrusion applications, 0.2 - 1% in injection molding applications.
