Incroslip^™ G

Incroslip™ G additive is a specially developed solution with high slip, and high oxidative and color stability properties. It is particularly suited for use in automotive applications. It is manufactured using proprietary technology which removes oxidatively unstable components and precursors that give rise to instability whilst retaining as many as possible of the components that provide slip and stability.

Incroslip™ G additive can be dispersed evenly through the polymer in the melt phase. It migrates to the surface of the polymer where it forms a thin lubricating layer. This layer reduces coefficient of friction between surfaces and reduces unwanted adhesion.

Guidelines for use:

Incroslip™ G additive can be incorporated into resin as supplied or via masterbatch / pre-blend. Experience has shown that simple manual mixing prior to processing will normally give an acceptable dispersion, though mechanical means are preferred.

Typical addition levels are 0.1 - 0.2% for film and 0.2 - 0.5% for cap applications.
