Ionphase™ rSTAT2

Ionphase™ rSTAT2 permanent anti-static additive is designed to be used in extrusion blow molding applications such as HDPE intermediate bulk containers (IBC), drums and canisters. It is also stabilized against weathering, making it suitable for outdoor applications.

Ionphase™ rSTAT2 additive is designed to be used with polyethylene in extrusion blow molding applications. Ionphase™ rSTAT2 is stabilized against weathering. Examples of end applications include rigid intermediate bulk containers, drums and canisters.

Guidelines for Use:

We suggest adding the material as an additive during the extrusion process. Compounding into the host polymer is highly recommended before injection molding.

The required loading of Ionphase™ rSTAT2 additive depends on the host polymer, processing method and the targeted level of static dissipation.
