Pripol^™ 1006

As a high difunctional dimer acid building block, Pripol™ 1006 dimer acid allows the production of high molecular weight polymers, bringing excellent mechanical strength to polyesters and polyamide coatings, adhesive, and elastomer formulations. Pripol™ 1006 dimer acid is distilled & hydrogenated, and also provides good color and color stability in addition to water repellency, flexibility and thermo-oxidative stability. ​

Pripol 1006 dimer acid can be found in adhesives & sealants, automotive coverings, industrial coatings, engineering plastics, and other high-molecular weight polymers that can be used in wet, temperature-instable scenarios. Pripol 1006 dimer acid helps with flexibility, hydrophobicity, and thermos/oxidative stability.
