Canola oil
Canola oil provides superior lubrication and extended oxidative stability. Natural canola oils are biodegradable and can replace mineral oil, esters, fatty acids and animal fats in a wide variety of applications. Representative applications include biodegradable food-grade lubricants, metal working fluids, hydraulic fluids and fire resistant hydraulic fluids.
Cargill offers three canola oil products with oxidative stability corresponding to the oleic fatty acid content.
